Hybrid role: 3 days in the office 2 wfh (Zetland, Sydney)
As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing end-to-end customer projects such as deployments, solution delivery, large roll outs, etc for our key clients. You'll be at the forefront of our commitment to delivering exceptional solutions by taking accountability and working collaboratively across product development, engineering, sales, and operations teams in a matrix structure.
We're looking for candidates with a proven history of running significant projects and a passion for ensuring customer success.
- Lead the end-to-end projects ensuring adherence to defined scope, timeline, and budget parameters for key customers
- Work closely with product managers, engineers, sales teams, and operations to ensure seamless communication and coordination across the business.
- Develop and execute detailed project plans, monitor progress, and proactively identify and address potential roadblocks.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, making informed decisions to keep projects on track.
To hit the ground running, you will have:
- Proven experience in project management
- Experience in managing projects in a matrix structure with a focus on collaboration and effective communication
- Proven experience delivering successful project outcomes in a technology business.
