Project Manager

Rubix Solutions are currently seeking an experienced NV1 cleared Project Manager on behalf of our leading defence SI client in Canberra. You will play a crucial role in the AM&C project by facilitating, coordinating, and liaising with external agencies, industry partners, and service providers. Your primary responsibilities will include providing information, reviewing and updating documentation, and ensuring seamless communication between stakeholders.

• On-site at HMAS Harman in Canberra
• Initial 12 month contract, which we expect to extend
• $115 - $130 per hour inclusive of super   

Key Responsibilities: 

• Facilitate communication and collaboration between internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate project activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and deliverables.
• Review and update project documentation as required, maintaining accuracy and compliance.
• Liaise with industry partners and service providers to gather information and address project requirements.
• Provide technical expertise and support, leveraging knowledge of ICT disciplines and Defence BAU systems.
• Assist in the ICT Security Accreditation process, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and protocols.
• Utilize SATCOM knowledge and experience to support project objectives.

Requirements:

• Technical background in any ICT discipline, with a preference for experience in Defence BAU systems and workflows.
• Knowledge or understanding of the ICT Security Accreditation process is highly desirable.
• Experience or familiarity with SATCOM technologies and operations is advantageous.
• Possession of NV1 security clearance or above is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proven track record in project management, with the ability to deliver results within specified timelines.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
