Opportunity with ATCO Structures & Logistics

You will be located at our office at Hope Valley, joining our project team working on a FMG project and reporting to the Project Manager. We are searching for a champion organiser to join our team of highly motivated individuals.

What You Will Do

As the Project Mobilisation Administrator you will be responsible for administration support to the project team, as well as assisting with the rostering and mobilisation of the workforce.

More specifically, you will contribute to, and be responsible for

• Assist with coordinating delivery and installation of transportable buildings
• Mobilisation/demobilisation of staff to site.
• Effective communication with people at all levels, including the customer, subcontractors, suppliers and senior management.
• Compilation of project files, ensuring completion of all required documents.
• Documenting and tracking of all project related costs
• Assist the HSE Advisor with collating and submission of required HSEQ statistics and reporting.
• Raising purchase orders, and various other functions
• Site communications with the customer, including verbal communications, email correspondence and meeting minutes.
• Tracking working hours on site and assisting with force reports and day works sheets.

• Positive attitude and can-do work ethic. Enjoys being part of a team and being a big part of that teams success
• Demonstrated experience in a similar Project or Operational Support/Admin role
• Previous exposure to Construction, Building or Engineering industry (highly regarded)
• Excellent organisational skills, ability to multitask with strong attention to detail
• Strong communication, both written and verbal, and confidence liaising with a wide range of project stakeholders and team members
• Experience in coordinating the mobilisation process and experience working with mining (highly regarded).
• Excellent computer literacy, particularly within MS Excel & Sharepoint
