Address Work with a leading government organisation based in Ballarat who are seeking a Project Support Administrator to join their Major Projects team. Be a part of a Major Projects team which support the involvement of large project and capital development projects across the region.
The Assignment
$52-56/hr + super

Work from home available Ballarat central office
What you will do
These duties encompass key responsibilities related to project support, administration, financial management, communication, and coordination within a Major Projects team.
Administration support to the Executive Manager Major Projects and the broader team.
Effective coordination of the day-to-day administration associated with the delivery of major capital projects.
Coordinate team meetings, agendas, minutes, and collating team actions.
Attending project governance meetings with the PM and producing minutes in a timely manner thereafter.
Assisting with monitoring funding milestones in conjunction with the Project Manager.
Financial administration as required to service the needs of the team and their projects.
Liaising with funding representatives from time to time, including internal and external customers.
Developing administration systems to support the delivery of Major Projects.
What you will have
Experience working within a project team or providing executive support to a Project team
Local or state government experience is desirable
Exceptional time management skills
