- Part time (0.6FTE) maximum term position up to 18 months
- Salary based on experience, range: $56,196 - $76,425 (pro rata) plus super
- Up to $15,900 in salary packaging and hybrid WFH & office model
About the role:
We are searching for a dynamic Administrative Officer to liaise with the clients across the whole legal assistance process including registering clients, organising legal appointments and assisting in legal education sessions. You will prioritize client experience and strengthen relationships with clients and practice partners through the implementation of new policies and processes.
You will coordinate and maintain administrative procedures and systems by uploading and maintaining information and ensuring project data files are up to date, as well as assisting in filling out specific forms and compiling necessary documents.
This role is based at our Sunshine office on Wurundjeri Country
About you:
As our ideal candidate, you will possess:
- Experience in general office administration, including strong file management skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with people in challenging situations.
- Sound organisational skills including the ability to prioritise workload, apply initiative and coordinate the competing demands of multiple tasks with a high level of attention to detail.
- Well-developed computer literacy skills and a proven ability to work with a range of software and online applications.
