AddressLocation: Parramatta + WFH
Pay Rate: $410 - $450 p/d + super
The Project Officer works as part of a team to analyse and provide statistical evidence, quantitative and qualitative data and modelling that provides business intelligence for projects managed by the division. The role provides advice at various stages of project design and reporting, with a key focus on data visualisation to inform decision making.
Key accountabilities
- Provide key support in reporting and managing the data analytics tasks relevant to various projects.
- Perform a range of processes and analytical tasks, including developing reporting dashboards that are updated on a regular basis.
- Undertake research to identify and evaluate emerging trends and issues to assist in the formulation of appropriate responses and options to new and emerging issues.
- Prepare data visualisations and models, including visual and interactive dashboards.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation for reporting, monitoring, and coordination purposes that responds to program evaluation needs.
- Build mechanisms for regular reporting as well as generating adhoc reports, tables and infographics using internal and external data sources that feed into informed decision making and planning (historical and forecast).
- Research and prepare information for reports, briefs and correspondence accurately and on time.
• Experience in data projects
• Strong skills in technology, in particular Excel, Power BI or other research and data visualisation software, to support project proposals, project design and development.
