Project Officer - Property Services
The Property Services unit is seeking two Project Officers to join their supportive and collaborative team. You will provide support to the Projects team and ensure effective and efficient planning, design, documentation and delivery of the City’s capital works building program.
These roles will see you develop and deliver a variety of minor and major capital works projects, including developing initial concept designs and estimates for planned and future capital works projects. You will also ensure all procurement of works and services is undertaken to ensure best practice and value for money.
You will have proven or demonstrated experience in the development, management and delivery of both minor and major capital works projects with excellent understanding and awareness of current building regulations, standards and practices. Demonstrated interpersonal skills with the ability to gain cooperation and assistance from internal and external stakeholders are essential for these roles.
If you hold tertiary qualifications with some relevant experience in project management, contract management or similar discipline, we welcome your application.
