Knox City Council is seeking a motivated individual to join our People, Culture & Development (PCD) team.Your new roleIn this highly collaborative role, you will apply project management principles to support the planning and delivery of key projects to drive successful outcomes within PCD, and the wider organisation. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, take initiative in their work and approach projects with a curious mindset.Whether you are collaborating on project plans alongside our PCD team members, preparing progress reports related to our Gender Equality Action Plan and Reconciliation Action Plan, reviewing the e-learning platform to identify improvements for our people experience, or gathering and analysing data for project evaluation, no two days will be the same in this exciting opportunity.Working closely with a dynamic team where a growth mindset, ongoing development and connection are highly valued, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the diverse community of Knox.
