About the Position
As the Program Analyst you will be responsible for infrastructure assets and the infrastructure delivery program. You will be ensuring assets are newly created, renewed, expanded, upgraded, and maintained to meet community service expectations.
Duties
- Engage and liaise between Infrastructure and Corporate Service Divisions
- Support divisional staff in the effective use of project reporting tool
- Provide program budget development and financial management advice
- Identify and report program/ project variances, adjust forecasts and priorities
- Identify improvements to business processes
- Experience in the account function of a service delivery enterprise
- Extensive Microsoft Excel experience
- Experience in information systems for performance monitoring and management decision making.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and deliver outcomes with competing priorities
