About our client
Our client is an IT firm that offers an array of business-enhancing services to their clients. They provide professional services in designing and delivering complex transformation programs and platforms for the implementation of Project Portfolio Management, client lifecycle management, and compliance management.
Your new role
As a Senior PPM Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and supporting client implementation of PPM solutions (Planview portfolio) and this encompasses managing associated project management duties crucial for product implementation. You will be the expert in the PPM software and coach/train/demonstrate the product to the client as well as post-implementation support.
- Work with different stakeholders to identify requirements and ensure functional specifications are met
- Create documents supporting the analysis of the business requirement
- Project management duties (Agendas, project plans, reporting, monitoring project cost, and reporting)
- Partner and collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to provide general Planview Portfolios consultancy services, identify data gaps, and develop solutions to meet our client’s business strategic goal
- Understand the practical application of existing, new, and emerging features
- Client care duties
- 5+ years of project management experience, including tracking and planning projects
- 5+ years of experience working with business stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment.
- 3+ years of experience with full product lifecycle with the understanding of development lifecycle and various technology methodologies that support that lifecycle
- Project management certification (Prince2, PMP, PPM etc)
