We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead our client's Projects and Procurement department.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of projects and procurement activities, ensuring efficient processes, compliance with regulations, and successful outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strong leadership to the Projects and Procurement team, offering clear direction and feedback to employees.
- Develop and manage contracts, ensuring all terms and conditions are met.
- Utilise excellent project management skills to oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Analyse and interpret data to inform decision-making processes.
- Prioritise workloads to meet tight deadlines and deliver required outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with procurement processes and regulations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and implement innovative procurement strategies.
- Maintain a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement in all areas of responsibility.
Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
- Formal qualifications in Projects and Procurement.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience in contract development and management.
- Commitment to achieving delivery of required outcomes.
- Government experience, well regarded
