Public Sector People are partnering with a well-known government organisation to recruit for a 6-12 months Program Scheduler.
Contract length: 6 - 12 months with potential to extend | 21 hours weekly
Pay rate: Up to $90 p/h + super dependent on experience
This role is to conduct the planning, building and scheduling of the City Assets Program of Works. Works includes a range of urban civil infrastructure projects to achieve organisational deadlines and budgetary requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Compile and Develop (continuously) a comprehensive program of works, at strategic level, by consultation with stakeholders, Program Managers, and Project Managers
- Draft regular program/project reviews and reporting to the Program Manager – Program Analysis and Support Systems
- Compile Program Performance Data for reporting, and analyse this data for identifying key progress indicators as well as identifying any systematic problems (or positive outcomes) or causes of delays etc
- 5+ years’ experience of relevant project planning, preferably gained in large, complex work environments.
- Strong skills in software use including MS Project and MS Excel
