The Role
Airborne Surveillance Control & Intelligence Systems Program Office (ASCISPO), located at RAAF Base Williamtown, NSW and RAAF Base Edinburgh, SA, performs sustainment and major capability upgrades for Air Force's fleet of E-7A Wedgetail and MC-55A Peregrine systems.The role currently supports Project AIR5077 Phase 6, which is responsible for obsolescence treatment to the E-7A Wedgetail fleet through to its planned withdrawal date, and will transition across to the AIR7002 Wedgetail replacement project, which will introduce the Advanced E-7 through collaboration with United States Air Force.The position is responsible to:

• Manage and supervise all project scheduling providing critical expert advice and assistance

• Use initiative and experience to analyse, plan, review and adjust priorities and work activities to meet business outcomes

• Undertake objective, systematic analysis; draw accurate conclusions based on evidence providing detailed technical, operational, professional and procedural advice for complex activities

• Engage with stakeholders and manage stakeholders' expectations to deliver agreed project outcomes.

• Well-developed interpersonal skills, including communicating clear and confidently, both orally and written
• Initiative working with limited supervision whilst engaging multiple stakeholders to achieve project outputs
• Ability to deliver, plan and Support Project Management activities through experience in scheduling
• Financial acumen the successful candidate will demonstrate an interest in career development and training becoming highly effective in the short to medium term.
