Write the next chapter of your ABB story.This position reports toSales-Service and Proj Exec LeaderYour role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to ensure the Service portfolio is delivered effectively according to ABB standard processes and safety guidelines to satisfy customers. Each day, you will execute technical support, act as a specialist, and solve problems in your own area of expertise. You will also showcase your expertise by communicating both with the customer and ABB sales teams proactively to ensure customer needs are understood and business opportunities utilized for service growth. The work model for the role is: hybrid This role is contributing to the Power Protection team in either Moorebank or Notting Hill. Main stakeholders are customers, channel partners, system integrators, contractors, and ABB internal team You will be mainly accountable for: •Leading the project team allocated to the project. Motivating and monitoring internal and external resources to accomplish all tasks and milestones. •Effectively monitoring and controlling documentation accuracy and consistency, project progress, efficient resource utilisation, project financials, overseeing project invoicing status, cost, expenses, and cash flow. •Driving the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out and acknowledgement by the customer, all in accordance with the contract. •Performing field service tasks, identifying technical problems, and making analysis through remote or on-site activity in service categories and products for which they are certified to perform. •Providing technical guidance, coaching, and acts as trainer when needed for associate and partner field service technicians. This position reports to Business Manager – Power Protection.Qualifications for the role

  • Excellent organisational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in Critical Power field service is required.
  • Minimum 5 years’ project management experience or relevant working experience.
  • Current Electrical workers license required.
  • HSE training and experience is highly desired.
  • Demonstrated negotiation and influencing skills.
