We are currently looking for additional supervisors to work on our housing maintenance contract within the Newman Township. Tasks included for the role of PROJECT SUPERVISOR on our housing contract includes:
- Carrying out necessary daily tasks to ensure projects are on track, material is ordered and stock levels are maintained.
- Working within a team to communicate progress and organization of the project
- Working with the superintendent other supervisors to provide any updates or issues with the project
- Tracking progress of properties so all of the team have an idea of where projects are at, items remaining and any potential items that may cause a property to become overdue
- Completing field leaderships on team members, independently with client
- Reporting of hazards and events if needed
- Project planning and scheduling.
- Working with admin to track project budgets, resources required and timeline for completion
- Keeping track of any variations to the project and how these may affect the timeline of projects
- Monthly tracking of project KPIs and assurance that we are achieving them
- Pricing of works , as required

ABOUT YOU
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good understanding of Microsoft office
- Construction background (pref. Trade Qualified)
- Effective engagement with our stakeholder
- Work well within a team
- Effectively manage problems as they occur
- Great organization and time management skills
- Effective problem-solving skills, ability to come up with ideas to work through issues as a team
- Positive attitude and ability to handle stress of unexpected challenges
