ABOUT THE JOB:
- Develop operational concepts, User Requirements and Function and Performance Specifications for Maritime Capabilities.
- Develop business cases for a range of capabilities, with emphasis on Maritime Capabilities.
- Manage scope, schedule, risk and opportunities for assigned capability items and provide input into maintaining the Project’s Forward Work Plan.
- Responsible for the reporting of project documentation to support governance forums.
- Consult with various groups for the development and management of introduction into service activities.
- Provide project management advice.
THE SUCCESFUL CANDIDATE:
- Understanding of maritime industry terminology, regulations, and processes.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with stakeholders, team members, vendors, and clients effectively.
- The capability to identify issues, analyse root causes, and develop solutions quickly.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, analysts, and other stakeholders.
