YourNew Role
Reportingto the Youth Club Manager, the Ready for Work ProgramCoordinator will be responsible for building effectivenetworks and developing partnerships with community organisationsto achieve positive outcomes for the local community and improvedyouth development. This role will also meet the needs of theQueensland Government's Skilling Queenslander's for Work Initiative- Ready for Work Program. AboutYou
- Minimum Certificate IV in youth work, community development/welfare, human services or related discipline, or equivalent level experience in social and community sector
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in undertaking the range of activities required
- Ability to effectively supervise and develop staff and volunteers
- Demonstrated experience in developing and managing budgets
- Eligibility for a Children’s Commission Suitability Notice/Blue Card and National Police Check
- Hold a current First Aid and CPR certificate
- Hold a light rigid driver’s licence (or ability to obtain)
