Projects And Process Engineer - Manufacturing

Embedded Expertise are currently seeking a Process Engineer with some relevant Chemical Process Equipment experience. Based in Brisbane, you will Project manage Brownfield Projects from conception to commissioning of chemical process equipment.

You will be responsible for:

• Process and engineering functional expertise to support execution of capital and Process projects.
• Performing various Process Engineering design tasks and deliverables
• Supporting the rollout of process and reliability-based programs for operations and equipment
• Delivery of process and engineering services to multiple sites
• Working in large or complex projects in a multidisciplinary environment.
• Effectively project manage and deliver capital-based Projects and be responsible for the design, estimation, scoping, installation, and commissioning.
• Produce monthly reports on project status.
• Interfacing with other disciplines as required for assigned tasks.
• Project development / maturity from Conceptual engineering through Feasibility, Basic and to Detailed Engineering.
• Detailed working knowledge of instrumentation systems.

Qualifications and Essentials experience:

• Degree Qualified Process Engineer, Chemical Engineering degree recognised by Institute of Engineers, Australia.
• Background in manufacturing (liquid process industries ideally)
• Project engineering experience in managing projects from start to finish with experience in design, installation, and commissioning.
• Strong reporting and project presentation skills are essential.
• 3-7 years project experience in the Chemical Process Industry
• Working knowledge of standards and regulations relevant to chemical industry
