Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy: To build a network of customers who have the capacity to win commercial projects and influence their purchasing decision making via existing distributors or directly through to Bostik
  • Budget: Budget to align Construction Regional budget
  • Product Portfolio: Work with technical and operations to optimize product portfolio to create and meet market needs
  • Value chain: Work with sourcing, production, R&D in value chain to ensure we can meet market and specification demands on commercial projects
  • Relationships management: Manage the relationship with distributors, National supply and apply businesses, commercial sub-contractors, industrial associations, and other core suppliers to capture commercial project opportunities
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports as required

Required Profile

  • Tertiary Education and/or trade qualified.
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of the commercial and construction industry.
  • At least 5 years sales management experience or on site with track record.
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written.
  • Strong business sense; customer oriented; result driven.
  • Highly motivated
  • Work autonomously
  • Strong leadership.
  • Team player with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
