Container Refrigeration is a reputable family-owned West Australian Business, specialising in standard shipping container’s and container modification. We are searching for a driven and knowledgeable professional who has demonstrated experience in accounts and payroll.  The primary purpose of the Financial position is to provide the highest level of accounting and administration support to enable the Company to exceed customer expectations and support meeting the overall performance levels.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Project Manager for PRONTO program being implemented
• Accounts payable and receivable
• Weekly Payroll including Super, PAYG and BAS compilation.
• High Level Financial reporting and analysis
• Office Administration
• Bank Reconciliation, P& L Statements and Balance Sheets
• Journal Entries
• Account Finalisation
• Rollover of accounts

Skills required to be successful in the role:

• Proven Bookkeeping experience with a solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles, reading P & L statements and Balance Sheets.
• Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Moderate excel ability and data analysis
• High accuracy of data entry and data management
• Experience using PRONTO or other ERP System is very highly regarded,
