The position:We are seeking a highly skilled individual with a proven track record in property and/or accommodation management, coupled with broad administration experience and exceptional customer service skills.
In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our properties, ensuring high standards of service delivery and customer satisfaction.
This position has potential for flexibility between 20-37 hours per week depending on the applicant, it could suit school hours or job sharing. Please indicate any preferences in your cover letter.
What you will be doing:- Operational management of Holiday Homes.
- Management of Holiday Home accommodation bookings.
- Management of Holiday Home maintenance.
- Ensure positive relationships with Caretakers and Contractors.
- Maintain appropriate documentation for Holiday Home compliance.
- Participate in annual visits/inspections of all Holiday Homes.
- Identify areas for improvements in the Holiday Homes.
- Assisting with various member enquires.
- Ensuring all transactions are processed in a timely manner with high accuracy & professionalism.
- Process membership applications, renewals & amendments.
- To perform duties as requested by the EWSC General Manager.
- Provide extra support to colleagues in peak and leave periods.
- Assist at social events as required.

What you will bring to the team:- Property or Accommodation Management experience
- Broad administration experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in a customer facing role
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Ability to work as a part of a team, and also autonomously

- Commitment to customer experience excellence
- Sound knowledge of MS Office products
- Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills
- MYOB, accounts payable & receivable experience (preferred)
- Database management experience (preferred)
- Payroll experience (preferred)
