SalaryOur client is looking for a solicitor with at least two years of experience in Property and/or commercial law. This opportunity will give you exposure to leasing & property matters, commercial transactions, developments, conveyances and litigation work.

Description
- Manage a varied workload Property and Commercial law cases.
- Offer strategic legal counsel to clients facing intricate legal challenges, ensuring their interests are effectively represented.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to remain informed about changes in Property and Commercial law, applying this expertise to client matters.
- Prepare and analyse legal documentation, such as contracts, agreements, and correspondence, with meticulous attention to detail and precision.
- Advocate for client's rights and interests during negotiations with professionalism and expertise.
- Foster enduring client relationships through consistent communication, prompt responsiveness, and outstanding service provision.
- Collaborate efficiently with colleagues and stakeholders to attain shared objectives and secure optimal outcomes for clients.
- Contribute to the firm's expansion and progress by actively engaging in business development endeavours, networking opportunities, and marketing strategies.
Profile
- Hold a Bachelor of Laws and ACT practising certificate.
- Two years experience practising in property law, commercial transactions and/or dispute resolution.
- Experience preparing and drafting legal documents.
- Knowledge of LEAP Legal Software (highly regarded).
- Knowledge/experience of PEXA.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
