Jays Real Estate are seeking an enthusiastic, hard working individual with an interest in the real estate industry for a full time position within our successful residential property management team.
As a Residential Property Assistant, your daily duties will include:
- Conducting inspections of new and existing properties and compiling reports and communications
- Assisting with general office administration and data entry tasks
- Attending to maintenance requests and work orders
- Attending to lease renewals
- Reception duties including answering the phone and greeting walk ins
While we would love to bring someone on board with real estate experience, applicants with an administration and/or customer service background and great computer skills who are interested in joining our fast-paced, exciting and rewarding industry are encouraged to apply.
To succeed in this role you will possess the following skills & attributes:
- Current drivers licence
- Good level of computer literacy
- Outstanding customer service and problem solving skills
- Be well-presented, outgoing & enthusiastic
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Able to work autonomously and show initiative
- Take pride in your work and strive to continually improve
- Current real estate licence (or willing to obtain during work hours)
Your hours will be permanent full-time Monday to Friday, working 830am-5pm. Excellent pay rate on offer.
