Our aim is to develop your skills progressively to learn all there is to know about Property Management.Here’s a snapshot of your role (with support from our Senior Property Manager).Coordinating the day-to-day tasks required to manage two significant commercial buildings collaborating with tenants, contractors, the client and JLL personnel.Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.Lease administration and monitoring critical dates including lease expiries, bank guarantees and insurances.Issuing purchase orders and setting up contracts in MRI.Monitoring tenant arrears and helping with monthly reporting, annual budgets and outgoings reconciliations.Liaising with our Facilities Manager, contractors, tenants and owners as required.Supporting our Senior PM/ GM with any other administration, property related tasks when needed.Sound like you? You genuinely love to help others and are self-motivated and dedicated to achieving the best outcomes.You’re currently working in a similar role in commercial property management and are now looking to take the next step and expand your capabilities by working on high quality office assets.
