Property Claims Coordinator

MAYDAY Recruitment is excited to be recruiting for Claims Coordinators with experience in customer service to join a well established and continuously growing organisation.

The role will include the following tasks: 

• Provide exceptional customer service at all times 
• Appoint adjusters, builders and other suppliers to coordinate a smooth end to end experience for policy holders
• Prepare necessary reports using templates
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

The ideal candidate will have:

• Ideally previous experience in insurance or property repairs, however open to any customer service experience 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to be proactive and use initiative
• Well organised
