AddressA highly regarded and expanding insurance service provider based in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Claims Team Leader to join their business. You will manage a small team while running claims and building strong relationships with loss adjusters, insurers, and service providers.
As the Claims Team Leader your duties will include –
- The day-to-day management of a small Claims Team.
- Managing complex and escalated claims.
- Building and maintaining relationships with loss adjusters, insurers, and service providers.
- Supporting your team ensuring their growth and learning.
- Ensure service standards are being adhered to.
- Identify opportunities for business growth and where your team can further support existing clients.
- Meeting clients and attending industry events.
- Experience managing a portfolio of Property Claims.
- Ideally you will have Claims Team leading experience or have held a senior claims role where you have supported others.
- Proven ability along with the desire to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Drive and interest to attend business events and meet clients in person on a regular basis.
- Effective communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
- Customer focused.
- Proven ability to work in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.
