Job Description
An opportunity has arisen for a well presented front of house professional to join Melbourne’s highly successful Residential team.
You will be based in various state of the art project displays in and around the Melbourne CBD. This would be suitable for current Business or Property students looking to gain work experience within real estate.
The successful candidate will hold ownership of:
- Welcoming all guests, clients and customers to the display
- Administrative duties including collecting personal details and assisting with record logs
- Supporting our high standard engagement approach through achieving ‘memorable client experiences’
- Assisting with the management and maintenance of our inhouse technology (including i-pads, touch TV’s, projectors etc)
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will possess the following:
- Customer service experience – this may include concierge, art galleries, retail, hospitality etc.
- Interest and desire to work in the property sector
- Comfortable with technology and troubleshooting minor technical errors
- Polished personal image and presentation standards
- Excellent communication skills
- A high degree of professionalism
- Must have weekend availability
