Rental Management Australia (RMA) is a large, independently owned, property management company with offices throughout Australia. We are property management specialists and have no sales department, so rentals are our sole focus.
We are currently seeking to employ an Inspection Officer based in our Joondalup office.
The role involves:
- Conducting thorough & detailed property routine inspection reports all easily conducted on a mobile app
- Conduct entry and exit residential property reports
- Take photos and video’s to accurate reflect condition of the property
- Follow established procedures and protocols for report efficiency and accuracy
- Liase with tenants and property managers
The requirements;
- A property management certificate (preferable)
- Previous experience in a similar or same role
- Valid driver’s license and reliable car, willingness to travel to various suburbs.
- Professional personal presentation and demeanour
- Great organisational skills to complete inspections in a timely manner.
- A keen eye with excellent attention to detail.,
- Ability to work both in a team environment and independently.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changes in schedule
- Excellent customer service & communication skills
- Police clearance
