An excellent opportunity exists for a Property Lawyer with 5+ years’ PAE to join our Property & Planning team on a full-time basis. For this position, experience in the following is desirable:
- buying and selling of property assets including commercial, agricultural, retail, industrial and/or residential;
- commercial and retail leasing;
- residential developments (including off the plan sales);
- due diligence reporting, including planning and use issues; and
- subdivisions and strata developments.
