This firm is an established boutique law firm in Western Australia who are recognised for their excellence in achieving the best results for their local, national, and international clients.
Due to their continued growth, they have an opening for an experienced Property Lawyer to join their vibrant team.
Working alongside a well-regarded director, together with other directors and partners in other practice areas, this position offers a great balance of working autonomously on your own files and on matters with directors or partners.
Ideally, this role will suit an individual who is naturally tenacious, enjoys having significant client contact and is seeking a firm who can offer career progression.
This position involves working on a range of property transactions, including:

• Property and Business settlements
• Commercial leases drafting and reviewing (acting for both landlords and tenants)
• Reviewing, drafting, and negating property documents:
• Rural & Agriculture:
• FIRB approval advice:
• Acquisitions and disposals:
• Financing of real estate projects:
• General commercial advice and contract drafting:

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 5 years in Property Law;
• Experience with complex property and leasing transactions (both Landlord and Tenant);
• Ability to draft and negotiate complex agreements.
• High commercial acumen and the ability assess risks.
• Capability to analyse documents and apply technical skills.
• Exceptional knowledge of the Property Industry.
• Highly organised, exceptional presentation & commutations skills; and
• Clear Commitment to client service and customer focused:
