Your next role
They are currently seeking a Senior Associate or a Special Counsel to join their growing practice who has a background in property law. This role will suit a Property Lawyer looking to progress their career in a well-regarded Perth firm. Acting for corporations, SMEs, and property developers, your work will include matters like:
- Property development
- Acquisitions and disposal management
- Leasing
- Franchising
- Shareholder Agreements; Joint ventures; Due diligence
- Contract advice
- Property developer work and major projects
This position is ideal for a lawyer (4+yrs PAE) and/or Senior Associate/Special Counsel. You will:-
- Have gained experience in a well-regarded practice or in-house in either property or commercial law.
- Have excellent attention to detail.
- To be confident, capable and have excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well independently and when needed as part of a team.
