We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic and experienced candidate to join our highly successful and positive team as a full time Property Maintenance Manager. The position will be both in the office and on-site at our various holiday properties along the Sunshine Coast. Due to the nature of the role it is ideal that you live between Caloundra and Mooloolaba. There is a large opportunity for future growth in the business in a long term secure role for the right person.
Who you are:
Property management experience is preferred but not essential
Advantageous to have Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice or willingness to obtain
The ability to think on your feet and manage people and a team well
Requirements
Must have working vehicle and valid drivers licence
Available to work part time including weekends including being on-call for call outs to resolve issues when rostered on.
Excellent Customer Service
Comfortable with adapting to new software
Ability to adapt to a continually changing environment
Ability to work in a team
Ability to multi-task is essential
Tasks & responsibilities
Outstanding guest communication
Taking care of the properties through inspections
Coordinating Property Maintenance
Screening guests and documenting special requirements
Being able to assist guests via phone, on-line or on site when required
You must be able to work well within a team as well as autonomously
You must have excellent attention to detail
