An opportunity is available with an established and leading company specialising in primarily
Body Corporate and Commercial Building Maintenance.
We are currently looking for a driven individual to take up a Working Project
Manager/Carpenter role. As a working Project Manager/Carpenter you will be responsible for the management and oversight of the maintenance jobs and small projects that are allocated to you. This role will suit someone with a carpentry/building background.
The Role:
· Commercial and Body Corporate maintenance
- Scheduling & coordinating projects that are allocated to you
- Organise sub-contractors
- General carpentry, make safe repairs, minor roofing, fencing, retaining walls, paving etc
- Maintain a clean and safe workplace and abide by the workplace health and safety policies
and procedures
Skills and Experience:
· Cert III in Carpentry
· Background in building/carpentry
· Good skills across various aspects of building maintenance
· Excellent communication skills
· The ability to work with other trades people
· Current drivers licence (Manual)
You will also be required to interact with clients, body corporates and real estate agents so
you must be well presented.
This full-time role is located in Sumner but services the wider Brisbane area. A vehicle and
fuel card will be provided to you. The salary is competitive and will be dependent on
experience. A phone and iPad is also included in the package.
