- Managing a portfolio of approx. 160 - 180 properties
- Current Agents representative certificate
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills and high levels of professionalism
- Comfortable multitasking, proactive and great attention to detail
- Previous experience handling a portfolio
- Current Agents representative certificate
- Victorian Police Check

- Leasing and administration support
- Effectively liaise with tenants and landlords
- Open for inspections and private appointments
- Overseeing the completion of tenancy applications
- Managing authorities
