Junior Property Acquisition & Administration Officer
Pursue Ability is rapidly growing, so we are on the hunt for a Junior Property Acquisition and Administration Assistant to join our ranks to assist our Business Development Managers with a smooth & effective onboarding process!
Your responsibilities will include:
- Research and identify suitable properties for our client base, including liaising with Real Estate agencies in the leasing and Property Acquisition process
- Completing risk analysis and risk assessments
- Completion of Grant Applications
- Data Entry of One Page Profiles
- Filing of client documentation
About You
You are a self-starter with a positive attitude, outstanding work ethic and a genuine desire to deliver an exceptional onboarding experience to our rapidly growing client base at Pursue Ability. You should possess the following qualities:
- Real Estate or Property Management experience highly desirable, though not essential,
- Experience in Disability & Mental Health highly desirable, though not essential,
- Experience using Microsoft suite programs (word, excel, etc)
- Personable and professional manner,
- Ability to build effective working relationships with stakeholders,
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills,
- High level of attention to detail,
- Highly organised and motivated with the ability to multi-task
- Capability and willingness to learn new systems and processes
This role is a Part-Time Contracted role of 6 months, with view to offer of Full Time Employment for the right person.
