Dedicated Property Management is looking for a new team member to join our fun, closeknit team. Based in South Perth, Dedicated Property is a small, family-owned business that specialises in Property Management.
EXPERIENCED PROPERTY MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT
Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of one years’ experience in the real estate industry. You will be responsible for:
- Office administration duties
- Assisting the property manager with the North of the River portfolio (Perth CBD to Alkimos)
- Routine inspections and home opens
- Providing great customer service, liaising with staff, owners, tenants, and prospective clients.
- Renumeration will be based on experience and value add to the team, however the package is expected to be in the range of $55,000 to $65,000 per annum.
To be suitable for this role you are required to hold a valid, current Western Australian Driver’s Licence.
