Job Description:
While assisting the Senior Property Manager, train to become a Property Manager, starting with a small portfolio.
Arrange and conduct Routine Inspections.
Viewings.
Prepare Lease documents including lease renewals and rent reviews.
Processing creditor invoices.
Qualifications:
No prior experience required. We are willing to train candidates who are motivated, dedicated, and eager to learn.
Must Have:
Property Management registration.
Strong organisational skills, time management, attention to detail, the ability to multitask and a willingness to learn.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
