Our rent roll comprises properties from Mandurah to Joondalup and City Beach to Bassendean. We are looking for a manager for a portfolio from Subiaco to Kinross.

We have placed all the tenants and have no issues with rent arrears or poor behavior.

The landlords are all sophisticated investors, primarily based in the Eastern states who are happy to pay for upkeep and maintenance.

You will start on circa 80 properties and grow to around 120. 

We offer a full property management service and outsource our initial PCR's.

You will receive a new laptop, phone and fuel card.

We support a flexible work arrangement and encourage a mix of working from home as well as in the office.

You,

Well spoken and presented with 1 years minimum as a PM, You will take pride in your work and enjoy building relationships with our property owners.

Thrive in the freedom of flexible work arrangements and in being in control of your own portfolio.

Be willing to work with a team in a fast growing business and like to be involved with developing procedures.

If you think you already have a good bead on real estate, I promise you will learn more about smart property investing and buying homes.
