 The Role

 We're on the lookout for an individual who embodies the spirit of fun, hard work, and authenticity. In this role, you'll dive into:

• Managing a portfolio of properties (160 - 200 properties depending on experience)
• Building connections with both owners and tenants
• Conducting thorough ingoing and outgoing inspections
• Coordinating repair and maintenance work orders
• Keeping a tight grip on rental arrears to ensure minimal issues
• Work from home Thursday & Friday weekly.

• Hold a current Certificate of Registration.
