We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our BevChain Business Unit as a Site Transport Manager based out of our Stapylton location. Key areas:

• Manage transportation operations efficiently to meet customer requirements and comply with company policies and regulations.
• Ensure seamless delivery operations, prioritising safety and meeting customer expectations.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to optimise transport logistics and ensure timely deliveries.
• Oversee fleet management, including vehicle maintenance, driver scheduling, and route planning.
• Implement and monitor performance metrics to track delivery performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Drive innovation in transport processes and equipment to maximise efficiency and commercial returns.

• Proven experience in managing transportation operations effectively, preferably in the logistics industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on finding practical solutions to complex logistics challenges.
• Sound knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices in transport management.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Results-driven mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and driving continuous improvement.
