Property managers have a junior assistant to help with day to day running of the portfolios, home opens and inspections.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Experienced Property Manager with at least 2 years experience in a full time property management role
Exceptional time management and organisational skills
The ability to service a portfolio end to end.
The ability to complete Inspections to a high standard.
PCR'S are outsourced
Be capable of working with tenants and owners to obtain good outcomes, and build a strong rapport with all clients.
A professional, friendly and well presented person that works well in a team or autonomously.
Efficient computer skills, knowledge of Property Tree is a bonus, and the ability to learn systems quickly.
High standard of verbal and written communication skills.
A desire to keep our clients happy.
WHAT WE EXPECT
A current West Australian Property Managers certificate.
- Have a good working knowledge of the Real Estate and Business Agents Act 1978 and the accompanying regulations, the Residential Tenancies Act 1987 and the REIWA Rules of Practice and Code of Conduct.
Ability to use the Property Tree management system preferred,
Experience with inspection manager, inspect real estate and Eagle, would be advantageous.
Current Australian drivers licence.
