PRD Real Estate are currently seeking a dedicated & experienced Property Manager in office situated in Broome, WA. The ideal candidate will already be running their own portfolio and have a genuine passion for the Real Estate industry.
In this role you will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Managing a property with administration support
- Conduct routine inspections – home opens, rental inspections, final bond inspections & property condition reporting
- Leasing Management – sign ups, renewals & negotiations
- Liaising with Tenants and Landlords, responding to queries as required
- Developing and implementing business plans, budgets, policies and procedures for the agency
- Manage maintenance requests – quotations, issuing work orders & invoices
- Managing rent arrears, issuing notices as required
- Manage administration of property portfolio through Property Tree.
- Assessing buyers' needs and locating properties and businesses for their consideration
Key Skills and responsibilities for this role:
- Minimum 2-3 years' relevant work experience
- Relevant Australian qualification or Overseas equivalent
- Ability to effectively communicate with all clientele
- Well-groomed presentation
- Current driving license
- Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft office, Outlook and Property Tree highly regarded
