As the Project Manager you will be responsible for leading and managing various business projects across Network Aviation. This will include the management of project resources, plans, negotiation and collaboration in order to achieve the project objectives.
Demonstrated project planning experience with developing governance processes.Project management qualification.Risk and Change management experience monitoring change effectiveness, developing and implementing measures to track and report the performance of the activities.Strong executive stakeholder management skills with a proven track record of collaboration across business units, functions and teams.Strong influencing skills, resilience and a proven ability to navigate complexity in an ever-changing operational environment.Demonstrated expertise in appropriate project management tools and in exercising judgement in cause and effect / problem-solving thinking.Collaborate with Project Managers and supervisors to integrate health and safety considerations into project planning and execution.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to recommend innovative solutions for enhancing the Project Management Office within the PMBOK standard.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management software and scheduling.Good understanding of Project budgets and forecast.The Qantas employee benefits program offers amazing benefits that extend well beyond travel.
