We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring they are maintained to the highest standards while delivering exceptional service to both landlords and tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage a portfolio of residential properties, including conducting inspections, addressing maintenance issues, and liaising with landlords and tenants.
- Handle tenant enquiries, lease negotiations, and rent collection in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct regular property inspections
- Ensure compliance with all relevant tenancy legislation and company policies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors to ensure smooth operation of the portfolio.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on property management matters.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in property management, with a strong understanding of residential tenancy legislation.
- Minimum Class 2 Real Estate Licence or Assistant Agent Licence.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
- Proficiency in property management software such as Property Tree, Inspect Real Estate and Inspection Manager.
