- Preparation and completion of ingoing, outgoing and routine inspection reports

- Coordinate repairs and maintenance (issuing and handling of work orders to tradesman) as well as inspecting repairs / approving invoices
- Liaise with sales and leasing team where necessary with matters pertaining to managed properties

To secure this role, you will have a demonstrated track record of managing a portfolio of properties (residential, industrial or commercial)
- Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
- Highly organised and self-motivated, strong attention to detail.
- Own vehicle is required
