PERSOLKELLY is working with one of Australia's realty companies who are looking for a Property Manager based in their Cannington office. This is initially a 3-6month assignment with the potential to go permanent for the right candidate.
Working hours: Monday - Friday with flexibility working hours
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 3-6months (possibility to become permanent)
Pay Rate: $50-52 per hour + superannuation
The Role
- Advertising
- Tenant assessment and Lease sign up
- Overseeing lease agreements and ensuring compliance with lease terms.
- Managing lease renewals, terminations, and extensions.
- Administration
- Liaising with tenants, owners, and tradespeople
- Assisting the leasing directors on various tasks
Experience Required
- Min 12 months (prefer longer)experience as a Senior Property Manager managing all aspects of a portfolio including routine (half outsourced) and final inspections.
- Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration in Property Management/Or has completed the PM course or related tertiary education.
- Experience with PropertyMe Inspection software desirable but not essential.
- A good knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act and all amendments
- Good customer service skills, and an ability to communicate at all levels.
- Bubbly personality and can-do attitude
- Professional appearance and the ability to keep a clean and tidy workspace.
- Highly organised and attention to details
