We are a well-respected contractor, specialising in high end commercial construction, fit out and Maintenance in the Perth Metro Area. We have a genuine focus on our team and have been in the industry for over 34 years. Due to continued company growth, we are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our existing Team

Candidates will ideally have the following:
- Trade qualification (Partitioning, Tiling, Joinery, etc.)
- Min. 5 years experience in the Construction/Commercial Fit out industry
- Min. 3 years experience as Site Manager within the Construction industry
- Deep understanding of finishing details, their sequencing and relationship with other disciplines and work activities
- Proficiency in industry regulations and standards
- Computer literacy – Word/Excel/Outlook (MS Project desirable)
- Working knowledge of a robust HSEQ system/management plan
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
- Ability to manage subcontractors effectively and lead the site team
- High level oral and written English-language skills
- Excellent communication and Client liaison skills
- Excellent organizational skills
Reporting to the Project Manager, duties and Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
Establishing the site in accordance with relevant OH & S requirements
Induction of subcontractors and site employees
Liaising with the Client and their Safety Representative
Liaising with project relevant authorities
Overall management of subcontractors to achieve best results for project
Keeping Project Manager up to date with the construction progress/programme
Ensuring scheduled works are completed on time
Adhering to and implementing OHS&E responsibilities as outlined in the CDI OHS&E Manual, including, but not limited to the following:
- SWMS reviews, MSDS records
- Hot works, Isolation, confined space, working at height etc. permit issue
- Toolbox talks
- Workplace inspections
- Hazard reports, Incident reports, safety observations
Day to day control of relevant paperwork in relation to site.
