Work Monday to Friday Landlord communication Periodic inspections Rental arrears Some repairs and maintenance Requirements: Great levels of communication skills (written ad verbal) High level of personal presentation (first impressions count) At least 2 years’ experience as a Property Manager Customer service focused, able to manage conflicting deadlines Hold QLD Certificate of Registration, have own reliable car Benefits include: Monday - Friday only!
