What will you be doing in this role:
This Monday to Friday role will see you managing 150 residential properties.
The position also has a full-time Head of Department, who will manage all accounting tasks, new business and leasing so you can focus 100% on your portfolio and client relationships.
- Ingoing, outgoing, and routine inspections
- Rent reviews and lease renewals
- Coordinate approvals for repairs and maintenance
- Arrears management
- Oversee maintenance requests
- Bond and insurance claims
- NCAT preparation and attendance
The Person
The ideal candidate for the role of Property Manager will have:
- Previous Property Management experience- 2+ years
- Current QLD Certificate of Registration
- First-class communication and customer service
- Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving ability
- Good personal presentation
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- A good teamwork ethic
- Sound knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act
- Experience with PropertyMe desirable
