What We Need From You:

- Current Office of Fair Trading PM Registration.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- A customer-centric, client-focused approach.
- Proficiency in computer skills for document preparation, correspondence, and marketing.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Flexibility and process-oriented skills to balance structured workflows and immediate requests.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
- Professionalism, responsiveness, warmth, and empathy.

Responsibilities Include:

- Full management of marketing, leasing, condition reports, routine inspections, and property maintenance.
- Efficient communication with clients and tenants.
- Working within a supportive portfolio structure with full backing from the department manager.
